We had a great time last weekend hosting our fourth Cake Decorating class in the bakery. This is a very special cake that we made because it is one of my husbands’ favorites! The Irish car bomb cake! The cake consisted of either chocolate or vanilla, filled with Jack Daniels ganache , and topped with Bailey’s Irish Cream infused buttercream. Te decorating skills we went over included homestyle icing and drizzle down the sides with a little luck of the Irish for garnish 🍀.
The smiles and laughs during the class were absolutely priceless. I can see the future of cake decorators growing in front of my eyes. I hope that everyone had as much fun as we did, thank you so much for letting us be a part of the celebrations!!
